Dr. Campbell is proud to provide outstanding orthodontic care to his native community. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and his dental doctorate from Virginia Tech University before receiving his Master’s of Dental Science from the University of North Carolina and went on to earn a specialty certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Connecticut
Dr. Campbell is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics who has been published in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. He is a certified Invisalign provider. In order to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics, he maintains active membership in numerous prestigious professional organizations such as the American Association of Orthodontists(AAO), the American Dental Societies of the Raleigh-Wake County and NC Chapters, and the Gateway (Dental) Study Club.
Dr. Campbell played soccer professionally at the Under-19 level in England’s Football Association and on the collegiate level for Virginia Tech. He no longer plays, but he enjoys knocking it around with and coaching his two sons on the game. He is still an avid supporter of Virginia Tech athletics and attends most of the VT football games. Away from the office, Dr. Campbell also enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, scuba diving, white water rafting and camping. He owns an auto racing company, TarHokie Racing, LLC, which his practice proudly sponsors, and of which Dr. Campbell is the primary driver.
Dr. Campbell truly understands his role as a doctor of orthodontics. He offers his services to those in the community with financial constraints. He dedicates one day per week to seeing lower income kids at a fraction of a normal case cost.
Despite the demands of his professional career Dr. Campbell
always makes time for his wonderful family. He met his wife
Melissa while in school at Carolina. They have been married for
10 years. Melissa, is also in the dental profession. She enjoys
pilates and scuba diving. They have two boys, ages 6 and 4.
As a family they enjoy camping, sports, and playing with their
family dog, Madde.
